30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in like-new condition, with all original accessories and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind / ordered by mistake: you cover the return shipping. For large items (soundbars, speaker systems, turntables), return freight can be significant — please consider this before ordering.
• Defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item: we cover the return cost, or — for small items — may refund or replace without requiring a return. Email us photos or a short video of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

We recommend a trackable, insured shipping service for all returns; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Order Cancellation

Cancel before your order ships for a full refund — email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, the standard return process above applies.

Warranty

Products purchased from MicProduct carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification. To claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the fault.
