Shipping

• Small items (headphones, earbuds): free shipping on orders of $99 or more.
• Large items (soundbars, bookshelf speakers, turntables): a $15 shipping fee applies.
• Oversized systems (home-cinema speaker sets): an $80 shipping fee applies.
• Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders ship within 72 hours, and delivery takes approximately 20 days, door to door. Every parcel is tracked; your tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships.

All duties and import taxes are included in the price (DDP). You pay nothing extra on delivery. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Returns
