Our Policy

All sales are final for non-defective items. Because we ship internationally with duties prepaid (DDP), we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind or other non-quality reasons.

Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice — and we cover the return shipping. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue; we reply within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Cancel before your order ships for a full refund — email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, the policy above applies.

Warranty

Products purchased from MicProduct carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification. To claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the fault.
